Hey guys,

For those of you who can't make it over to my place for Superbowl...

IF you want to take part -

Attached sheet of Q's... Answers are all multiple choice (except tie breakers), and must be filled in numerically (either 1 or 2), so it auto calculates your results on my end.

Be sure to fill in the 2nd tie breaker (first one auto calculates).

Please email it back to me or this group before Kick off (6:30 pm).

IF you are coming, and have time, fill this out anyway, so you don't have to do it here!

Also shoot me a message if you're interested in boxes - will hook ya up if we have any left!
