Subject: [Orlando_NPHC] Cancellation of the 2008 Orlando NHPC Step Show

Dear Chapter Presidents and Representatives of the Member Organizations of the Orlando National Pan-Hellinic Council,

I write to inform you of the cancellation of the 2008 Orlando National Pan-Hellenic Council Step Show which was scheduled for August 23, 2008. Due to lack of participation of Step Teams, and sponsorship for the event, the Council decided it was best to cancel and prepare for future success. It is my hope as well as the hope of the Orlando NHPC that with increased attention and participation from the member organizations and their representatives that future events will take place and be successful in all aspects.

We will be having a strategic planning session for the Orlando NHPC Executive Board this month and then for the NHPC Council as a whole at our next meeting in August. Please feel free to respond with any questions or concerns to this e-mail address as we move forward. Thanks in advance for your support.
