Thursday's water samples were OK for swimming but there will be more rain Friday and Saturday nights, meaning most likely rain on Sunday with possibly probably dirty swimming conditions.
I was to do the Will Swim For Food this Sunday in Santa Cruz but water conditions there are too dirty to support getting in the water.
So, looks like another Sunday without a swim.

On the flip side, the dry land farmers and ranchers are smiling, looking forward to a summer with plenty of hay and water.

Thanks as always for the report, Niel. Sorry for your Santa Cruz swim postponement -- it's a drag to be all keyed up for an event and have it cancelled. I drove up the coast from LA last Sunday and the ocean all the way up was visibly muddy brown. Not inviting!

Missing our Sundays!! But happy for the rain.

Cheers,

Amy
