Jerry, I followed your links to Sunset Garage Studios, which got me
wondering if anyone else either provides a professional service or has
one you'd like to recommend: recording, printing, producing,
distribution, promo, labels, pressing, etc.
(btw, Jerry, I'm not sure what your relationship is to TGFE but I
caught them at Cafe Fresco last summer -- good show.)
I've gone through the cdbaby thing. It gets you on iTunes and a
couple dozen similar stores for cheap but it's no substitute for real
promotion.
I've used Discmakers. The bad thing about cdbaby and Discmakers
together is that they're both on the west coast, so it takes 2 to 3
weeks to navigate through the whole process.
