Hey y'all,
Glad to have found this group and I look forward to connecting more in person. I'm a professional carpenter turned sauna enthusiast and builder. I've done at least a little of just about everything. I've had a tough time in the last year finding shop space.
Wondering if anyone has a lead or recommendations.
I'm actually currently hunting for both a home and shop space in Bend or the surrounding area, preferably combined. At the very least, parking for 4 trailers would do for the time being.
Home: studio to 3 bedrooms
Shop: 600+ sq ft, ideally dry, clean, and climate-controlled, with a 9’ minimum overhead door.
Budget: under $2,500 combined but flexible for the right space.
I’m looking for something stable, not a room or short-term sublease. Open to the right room/shopmates. Great references, excellent tenant, always pay rent on time, tidy, respectful, and reliable.
Open to creative setups, including work-trade, tiny home, land to build on, shared shop space, or a live/work situation.
Looking for a setup to really settle into and take good care of.
