CO Woodworkers Meeting 11 November, 7-9 PM

Fellow Woodworkers,

We have a real treat this month with a visit to Fernweh Woodworking! Justin Nelson Designer / Woodworker is one of our own!  A long time COW member. I remember going to a COW meeting at his home shop many years ago, when he was just getting started. Now he is a nationally known woodworker.  He takes part in the International Contemporary Furniture Fair during NYCxDesign every year in NYC, and has partner showrooms in NYC, LA, Bainbridge Island, Portland, and Philly.

We will meet at his shop and showroom at 66161 White Rock Loop, Bend OR.  Justin is centrally located between Tumalo and Eagle Crest off of Cline Falls highway.  He has been fortunate to hire 3 skilled woodworkers from the Center For Furniture Craftsmanship in Maine as well as several local hires new to furniture making. They are currently working on an order for 80 chairs.  That is the biggest order yet! This is going to be a very interesting meeting! So get your carpools together and bring your show and tell items!  I look forward to seeing you there!
