We are going to try something different this month. The DIY Cave, 444 SE 9th Street, is not open on Tuesdays, so we are moving to Sunday 12 April from 3-5 PM. This time may be better for working folks that can't always make Tuesday night meetings. It will also allow interested DIY Cave members to join us to learn about COW.
We will have a woodshop tour that includes a new router table and a wood strip kayak in process. We will also get to review the new CNC router and get a look at what it's capable of. This is good for COW because we sometimes need tools that we may not have in the shop. Also learning woodworkers always need access to equipment and often need instruction. There are an array of classes available. It is also possible that some COW members may wish to teach classes here.
I would suggest that you take a look at their website to see if they have other things that you may be interested in. They have a large selection of classes and equipment.
I look forward to seeing you there!
Yours in Sawdust & Glue,
Chuck
P.S. There's a good chance Wilson Ave. will be closed between SE Centennial and SE 9th St. for RR crossing construction.
