EC Stearns No. 13 Flexible Sole Spokeshave - FREE

Hi Folks,

Please look at the pictures. What I have is a EC Stearns No. 13 flexible sole spokeshave. This was supposed to be the spokeshave that does everything - convex curves, concave curves, and flats. It has a spring steel flexible sole that can be deflected to match convex or concave curves, and can be used as a flat sole spokeshave as well, so it replaces three spokeshaves.

It wasn't very popular because it cost twice as much as a normal spokeshave. It is very finicky to adjust and for me the sole has too much depth that makes it feel unbalanced. 

One website I looked at said they were so rare that you shouldn't try to use them but make them a display object. I saw two on eBay, one for $112 and the other $150. 

I'm offering it for free, but I anticipate many will want this and given its rarity, I'll raffle it, again no cost to you. So if you want to throw your name in the hat please reply to this email.
