Hello Bed Builders,

Due to the change in weather, we will be moving our Bed Build and Fundraiser to the Deschutes County Fairgrounds. Same date and time—just a new, covered location to keep everyone comfortable while we work together for a great cause!

Reminder that this is both a Bed Build and Fundraiser, and we’d love for you to be a part of it! This will be our first fundraising build, and it’s a hands-on way to make a tangible impact for children in our community who need a safe, comfortable place to sleep.

📅 Date: Saturday, October 25th
🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 New Location: Deschutes County Fairgrounds (Central Pavilion Building)

Our goal for the day is to build 35 beds, and we need your help to make it happen. In addition to volunteering, this build also offers a chance to sponsor part of a child’s bed:

💤 Pillow — $5
🛏 Bedding Set — $50
🛌 Single Bed — $250
🛏🛏 Bunk Bed — $500
✍️ Or donate any amount of your choice

Every contribution—big or small—helps us ensure no child sleeps on the floor in our town!

Please add a note in the comments section to say “For Deschutes County Chapter” to ensure your donation stays local.

Thank you for helping us build beds—and brighter futures—for kids in need!

Warmly,
Joe Myers
