6" Rockwell jointer for sale.

Selling a 6" Rockwell jointer (Mod 37-220) that I bought new in 1976. My wife and kids just gifted me a helical head, long bed Grizzly, so this one is now just taking up space. Been well cared for. Here's some details: 

• Very clean; No rust
• Brand new blades installed, with 2 extra sets; could use sharpening
• Open base
• Baldor 3/4HP motor, 120VAC
• Good belt
• Everything works as it should
• Magnetic knife setting jig; used once
• HTC, locking roller base

I'm asking $375, and giving it a day until I post it on Marketplace for $100 more. It's hard to find this model anywhere that isn't rusted or in need of parts and labor.
