Impact Driver - Porter Cable 12V Impact Driver with 3 Lithium Batteries, but no charger, $25.  I acquired the driver in and estate sale.  All batteries work and tool is in reasonable condition.  I don’t have a charger for them and don’t want to add another brand of batteries to my shop so It could all be yours.
