As part of a shop purchase, I received the light purple pieces to a jig.  I partially assembled the jig, but there are parts that I don’t know where they belong, the rectangular and square parts on the side.  It is possible I may be missing some parts, but which ones. The base is 24” x 12”. Below are pics of the partially assembled jig.  Can you help me identify how it goes together and what it is used for? Let me know if you need more info.

I don’t see the runners that go in the track for your saw or router table.

I will be home later this week and send you a photo of the one I have

There are no runners on the bottom and only two holes in the base where one might attach, but no runner included in the parts I have.

With the T-track on one side the angled top, it looks like a hold-down or stop block would attache there.

It is for making splines on boxes and Picture frames.

I will send you a photo of mine when we get back in town

It only has one runner on the bottom.  The 4 pieces you have left get screwed together in two sets one big and one small per side. There is something that attaches to them to allow them to slide in the top track.  That allows you to hold the piece in the sled. The two top sections slide to allow you to change the location on the spline. The spline jig is in a fixed location on your saw or router table.  It only slides straight through the router bit or saw blade

Mistry solved.

Thanks to Scott’s comments I figured out that it is a spline jig and I have all the parts.  I would a runner that I didn’t know what it went to but it fit this jig perfectly.

Now I need a project to use it on.

See pics for completed jig.
