Seasons Greetings, Local Makers!

This month marks 15 years of 3D Printing Meetups at the Idea Foundry.
The first-ever meetup was December 2009 when the Idea Foundry was on
Leonard Ave. Given recent low attendance, there are no festivities
planned, but if you _do_ intend to show up, please feel free to drop
me a note and if we get a few folks committing to attend, maybe we can
whip something up.

In the meantime, the parking situation is the same - no off-street
parking is available and no on-street parking immediately in front of
the building due to construction and reconfiguration of all of State
St. Parking is still available on other streets and in the nearby
Gravity garage.

Times are the same as every month, start at 7P and go to 9P or so.

For the virtual part of the meetup, we'll once again be in
gather.town. Same link and credentials as before:

I brought my MakerBot Cupcake CNC S/N 330 / Batch VII. It was also at
the very first meetup in 2009. Sadly it needs a new hot end (the old
one clogged and if you remember those days you had to hand-wind a
heater with exactly the right Nichrome wire) so it's currently not
able to make parts. I do also have a MakerBot frosting extruder but
_that_ needs a specific air relay for 100-120psi and 12V control (to
work with the existing extruder controller) which is an odd beast so I
never got the right air valve. Still amazing to look back at where we
were 15 years ago!
