Wow interesting. Wonder what that means for similar competitors

I had a side hustle doing prints on 3d hubs for a bit. They changed and required full time attention only so I bailed out. Was furious with them it was a nice manageable couple of prints a month just for a little cost offset for materials. Wonder if they have problems similar to shapeways or not.
