Jr Java Dev needed in Cedar Rapids

The position I left a few months ago in Downtown Cedar Rapids (for
more money) has not yet been filled. If you know a recent grad who
can't get their foot in the door anywhere, this is a door that is wide
open.
Most of the job would be maintaining a few fairly simple
communications applications. XPath is the main skill for one;
Sockets, threading, http clients and servlets for the other. No
deadlines, no stress, no fellow programmers, for better or for worse.
There was the occasional odd job in JSP, C, Perl, PHP, and VB.
I say "Jr" Java Dev because the pay is unremarkable ($33/hr as a W-2
was what I was getting when I left). Experience and proven talent are
welcome as well, even if the experience was in other OO languages.
