HEADS UP, PLS!!! --- REORGANIZATION ITEMS and EVANGELIZATION RALLY (MUST READ)

Dear Cluster Leaders,

As discussed last week during our SGT and Cluster Heads meeting, you should have finalized already by this weekend, i.e., talked to all the relevant people, the reorganization assignments in your respective clusters.

For those who have not yet spoken to their leaders, we shall have a FINAL EXTENSION - i.e., until tomorrow, Feb. 11, Monday - for you to finalize your cluster assignments.  To reiterate, by tomorrow, you should have spoken to, and the leaders should have accepted, whatever new service assignments you have intended to give them.  These are the following positions covered:
    
-  Cluster Head (your successor)
-  New chapter heads
-  New cluster ministry coordinators (YFC, KFC and Ancop)
-  Those from the ministries that will be absorbed by your cluster but who will have a service below the above enumerated positions

If I missed any service position, just fill them up.  If your intended person for a particular service declines, you should be able to do your permutations and combinations to ensure that by tomorrow evening, all positions shall have been covered.

We will not be able to meet anymore on any day this week.  We shall just announce during the evangelization rally all new assignees (we shall flash on the screen) and Bro. Ricky and Bro. Melo shall lead the sector prayover for all those with new assignments.

Also, kindly ensure maximum attendance from your respective clusters during the Evangelization Rally.  We shall be listening to some of the best talks and sharings in the last two decades that the Leaders Conference at the Araneta has been echoed.    Please disseminate to ALL members that our Evangelization Rally shall be held at the Land Bank of the Philippines auditorium (DM Hall) from 8am-1pm, inclusive of the Sunday Mass at 12pm.

Dear All,

Please forward this email to as many members as you can. We are very blessed that we shall witness one of the best, if not the best echoes of the Leaders Conference (held last Jan at the Araneta Coliseum), here in our very own Evangelization Rally this coming Saturday, from 8am-1pm.

We are blessed because Fr. Augustine, the same Myanmar priest who shared his very inspiring life with its unique twist at the Araneta, will celebrate the Holy Mass at 12pm this Saturday.

And one big bonus. For some stroke of grace, he will be able to celebrate a SUNDAY ANTICIPATED MASS this Saturday. So for all of us, we shall not only be able to attend an amazing Evangelization Rally, we shall also be able to attend the forthcoming Sunday mass on Saturday noon! Praise God!

See you all with your members this Saturday, Feb. 16, 8am-1pm at the Land Bank of the Philippines auditorium , 1598 MH Del Pilar St. corner Dr. J. Quintos St. Malate, Manila (right behind Diamond Hotel along Roxas Blvd).

Ample parking space is free from the 5th to the 9th floor of the 34-story building.

From the parking floors, ride the elevator to the ground floor. Walk to the Main Lobby of the bank and tell reception you will be going to the DM Hall. Please bring your CFC ID. . Proceed to the 10/F where the DM Hall is located.
