Centos 6.3 installation error

Hello everyone. I am trying to install the Centos V6.3 but getting following error: "An unhandled exception has occurred". How can I solve it? Thanks!

I tried netinstall and dvd but I got same error . I don't use fake raid. My Hdd is SATA

Maybe try install previous version and then upgrade it to 6.3. http://mirrors.usc.edu/pub/linux/distributions/centos/6.0/
