14 апреля 2018 года (суббота) кафедра международного права юридического института Российского университета дружбы народов проводит ежегодный XVI по счету Международный конгресс «Блищенковские чтения». 

Пленарное заседание будет посвящено 70-летию Всеобщей декларации прав человека, 25-летию Венской конференции по правам человека и 25-летию Конституции Российской Федерации. Основным докладчиком выступит известный ученый-международник и практик, заслуженный юрист Российской Федерации, профессор кафедры международного права РУДН Владимир Алексеевич Карташкин, на трудах которого выросло не одно поколение отечественных специалистов по правам человека.

The Department of International Law, Law Institute, Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University), is holding its XVI Annual Blischenko Congress on April 14, 2018 (Saturday).

The plenary session will be focused on the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 25th anniversary of the World Conference on Human Rights in Vienna and the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

The keynote speaker of the conference will be distinguished international law scholar and practitioner, Honoured Lawyer of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Laws, Professor of the Department of International Law of the RUDN University Vladimir Kartashkin, whose works have generated more than one generation of Russian human rights specialists.

The registration for the Congress is open until 12.00 (Moscow time) March 21, 2018.
