Plan on being at hearing tonight at 7:30 PM at Carrboro Town Hall.

Despite some confusing media reports the Public Hearing has NOT been postponed or cancelled at this time

CVS has requested a delay, but it is much too late to inform the public.  And the Aldermen will consider that request tonight while the room is filled with people waiting to speak.

Carrboro Town Attorney Michael Brough says the Board of Aldermen have three likely scenarios; deny the request and continue the public hearing as scheduled, accept the request and delay the meeting, or accept comments Tuesday night for those who choose to speak while voting to continue the remainder of the hearing at a later date. - See more at: http://chapelboro.com/CVS-Developers-Request-Delay-In-Public-Hearing/15647563#sthash.PBU6Kz9H.dpuf
