CVS soon to submit plans to town

Hello all,

 

Here is a new article in the Chapel Hill News on the CVS project:

Major points:

 

-CVS may submit formal plans for th development within the next 2 weeks

 

-A traffic study has been completed for Greensboro, Weaver & Mains St (during the Weaver St construction & doesn't included side streets)

 

-Carr Mill Mall owns the current CVS building and has several years on its lease  (I was incorrect about this at our meeting)

 

-nice coverage of our public meeting.
