In our Dharma Talk series on the Japanese Zen influence of Pragmatic
Buddhism, we begin with the founder of the Soto school of Zen: Eihei
Dogen. This week we will look at the first chapter ("Bendowa") of his
masterpiece the "Shobogenzo."

"Bendowa," which translates as "The Wholehearted Way," covers the
practice of zazen in the Zen tradition as the cornerstone of practice.

Please join us this week for this important discussion! I look
forward to exploring this influential work and the impact it continues
to have on Buddhism today.

With palms together,

Jim

Hi Jim!

I wanted to come out to your booth for Earth Day but it didn't come together.

Just wanted to let you know that I won't be there tomorrow night or next week.

I'm headed to a meditation seminar in Cleveland!

So see you in a few weeks!

Hi Dori,

This is Wayne here, Jim is out of touch right now.

We missed you but we know we'll see you soon. Enjoy your retreat. A
reminder that May 1st there will not be a meeting as the formal
students and monks will be at Furman for the Monastic Conference. See
you May 8th.

I bow with respect,
Wayne
