Congratulations on the 1st Centaurus TSC meeting. It was a good turnout with great energy. Moving forward, I do agree we should have a separate group, Centaurus project business discussion group (reporting to TSC) to discuss nontechnical strategies and plans.
Here is my suggestion and please let me know your thoughts -
Since everyone is very busy and it’s challenging to get everyone from 3 time zones to participate in meetings, for the simplicity of logistics, I suggest we tag the “Centaurus project business discussion group” meeting to the monthly TSC meeting. So, instead of one hour, we can make the TSC meeting a 2 hour meeting – Here is an example of the monthly TSC meeting agenda:
1st hour – TSC agenda
2nd hour – business discussion group
