Census ecosystem question

Hi,

I am one of the maintainers for Opencensus Python.

I was wondering what this namespace is: OpenCensus Ecosystem (github.com) and what kind of repositories live in here?

I am asking because I want to add new repository to host some vendor specific code that leverages Opencensus libraries, is there a process to do this?
