It looks like qPDF Notes can work for you. I am sure there are other PDF viewers that will work also.

Hi,

I have not yet installed your program.  I am a teacher and another teacher told me that your app can be used to create our marksheets to speed up marking.  My problem is that I would like to complete the forms (one per child) while I am marking on my Android tablet.  What do I need to install on my Android tablet to be able to complete the form and then send it so that the marks can be added to an Excel file on my computer.
