Can you open Word and go to File > Help and let me know what is the version number? Does it say 32-bit or 64-bit?

Hi,

I am using the test version CenoPDF 32 bit.
Operating System: Windows 7
MS-Office Version: 2010

I installed CenoPDF with no problems.
The CenoPDF tab does not show in Word after the installation.
Per the instructions I checked to make sure Word had not disabled the CenoPDF add-in.  In fact Word shows that no add-ins are disabled.

I then tried to install CenoPDF on a PC with Windows 8 and Office 2010 and it works fine!  I successfully created a Word doc, converted it to PDF and it was perfect.  I sent the Word doc to myself via e-mail.

I went back to my Windows 7 PC, opened the Word I'd created on the Windows 8 system, and I get this error message when I try to modify one of the fields:
"failed to access CenoPDF add-in"

Word on my Windows 7 PC does not seem to be able to see CenoPDF.

Any suggestions?
