Users cannot save the pdf with radio buttons and text boxes to field

Hello,

I have designed a simple questionnaire for my customers to fill. I
want to send them the questionnaire when they fill it on their
computer they should save it and send it back to me. However when I
open the questionnaire I am not allowed to save the chagnes that I
have filled. I am only allowed to print it. Is there a way to make it
possible for my customers to save the changes and send me back the
questionnaire with their answers.
