Text Issues in Created PDF

I created a fillable pdf in CenoPDF. After I export to PDF, I open the file and start typing. Under city I typed Maple Grove. When I leave the cell it leaves garbled text. Can anyone help with this?

Looks like the software has a bug with fonts. I am sorry for the inconvenicence.

 

Can you use Helvetica font for now? My test showed it worked but Arial did not.
