The same Ammunition, the same excuses from the Shomrim in BA as in the Case of David Flores in NY....Same issues and No justice! is this a coincidence or is there truth to the way Shomrim operate!!!! Doesn't the History of the Shomrim, the negligence within our system + Evidence = proving David is innocent & a victim but most importantly shows Reasonable doubt towards any guilt or malice on his part!!!!
The only thing standing between David & Freedom is incompetence, negligence and a past which won't leave him....
