How much evidence is enough to set a man free!!!

• Dear Friends, 

22 months and counting, waiting and praying for justice, yet no progress...Every step a step backwards. Everyday I read articles and see more evidence of the crimes  committed by the Shomrim, Everyday new evidence proves what David & I have been pointing out. Still no one wants to pay heed to our story and seek out justice. 

PLEASE NOTE: When i say "NO ONE" I do not mean all of you my friends & family whose support and love has seen me through all these tough days, but the ones who are actually holding all the cards... Mainly,

• The Media
• Latino communities & advocacy
• Politicians 

And mostly certain Civil right Lawyers who knowingly step backwards and find every possible way to avoid this fight rather than bravely face the truth about the Shomrim. SO, what do we do now???

Do we let an innocent man sit in prison for something he didn't do or go after the truth with the full force of whats GOOD & PURE? Do we let the Shomrim win & get away with crimes. Do we see the evidence and yet decide not to pay heed because its going to make things un-comfortable or do we Fight to save a life & lives to come. 

Many of you know that I got involved with all my heart into this struggle. You have seen my sacrifices, struggles, breakdowns and exhaustion. But I have been consistent in my belief in commitment to JUSTICE for DAVID. 

I was over-whelmed this past month and had a breakdown due to exhaustion but mostly suffered of a broken heart. I know it seemed to many that I was all over the place w/o any purpose, not true. I have had one purpose right from the start.

1 - FREEDOM for DAVID

2 - Exposing the truth regarding Shomrim

3 - Pushing legislative change 

4 - Exposing the Abuse of power within the System

I think these are all inter-linked issues. I am determined and after a period of rest ready to step back into the rings of fire. Please let me know if you can help and if I have your support. All I ask is for the following

• Start a letter writing campaign & making phone calls. I have a list of names & contact info. I can only send you basic info plus articles and some crucial evidence to support our claim to David's innocence. if you have the opportunity and time. a letter ( like an editorial ) short & basic emailed out every few days would help a lot. as well as phone calls to his attorney, The DA, the Judge and media. 
• A support system and presence at court. If the judge starts to see consistent people who are supporting David and the cause...The lawyers & DA would be more careful as not to railroad him
• Raising funding for court fees, to hire an investigator.
• spreading the word further into the community through Facebook etc. 
• Like the "Justice4all - Justice4David" page so as to keep up with articles and evidence.

To start with here are two more articles regarding the Shomrim, The orthodox community in Brooklyn and the Political umbrella, under which they are protected against all legal & constitutional law!

Finally, if you have lawyers as friends, family or acquaintance. please forward this case to everyone you know so that I may have in-sight and more than one opinion on what are David's legal rights. 

For example : Need to know, Why the Defense attorney will not allow David's medical record into evidence. or why The Shomrim

s record of abuse and other known facts into past cases ( similar to David's ) cannot be used as showing a pattern of behaviors and abuse of power & authority. 

and finally, why has this case not been dismissed already while there is in-adequate council and violation of due process as well as discrepancies within statements and contamination or loss of evidence after 22 months of no real investigation on either the DA's office or the Defense attorney's.
