The Spa of Otium Rooftop is managed by Alkemy and is the space in which to regenerate body and mind, with treatments, to be added to the Spa Path, such as: body decontracting massage, face massage, face and body treatments targeted at different objectives.

While the entrance fee is waived for all guests of Hotel Victoria, a reservation is required to guarantee an enjoyable and relaxing experience for all guests. To satisfy at best all guests' needs, we suggest to reserve your spa experience upon checking in at Hotel Victoria.

Iside Spa was created to provide our guests with a peaceful place where they could take refuge and relax after a long trip or stressful day at work. Our younger guests, on the other hand, very often consider the pool area an exciting place where to play and have fun, which invariably leads to splashes and screams. This kind of behavior certainly does not contribute to the peace and the relaxation of the other more mature guests.

In order to allow both kinds of guests to enjoy the pool area without completely forbidding the entrance to the younger ones, Iside Spa management has therefore decided to implement different hours for each group.

Kids ages 4 to 15 are thus allowed in the pool area (pool and hot-tub) only if guests of Hotel Victoria's and only in their allotted time. Furthermore, they must remain under their parents' supervision at all times and are only allowed if their behavior does not disrupt the peacefulness of the Spa environment and the relaxation of the other guests. They are not allowed in the heat zone (Finnish sauna, steam bath, Roman bath and aromatic shower) under any circumstances.

Regardless of age, the Spa personnel reserves the right to request a guest to leave whenever his/her behavior may endanger his/her safety or the safety of the other guests or is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
