URGENT!!! Please read

Dear all,

     Several important and urgent things to state in this message, so please bear with me.

     First, I know everyone is super busy during this point of time, however, what have to do has to be done and within the deadline discussed in the meeting. The most recent two events, the workshop and the Asia Night, are the most important and urgent things that should be carrying in mind. Since we already have one speaker confirmed and contacted several associations about the workshop, we can't screw up the event so we really need to make it happen, not in words but in action.

     I know the following task assignments already mentioned in the meeting minute I sent this Monday, just in case, you didn't read it. Here, please have these done and reported to the group before this FRIDAY:

Yunzhu:  Please have the room confirmed.
Ruogu:

• I cced all of the workshop invitations sent to the potential speakers to you, so you know who I contacted with. Since you confirmed that you will not go to Boston, please take over the task to contact other speakers who're on the list you sent to me. And, please cc your message to me.
  
• I have talked with Yalin about the rental fee of the car. Even though we finally decided to use Yalin's car, but as Xiaojian mentioned before, CEN would pay Yalin the same price as the rental company would charge us. The price is high, which means we NEED the fund to support the trip. Therefore, please have the trip funding proposal ready and send to Xiaojian before Friday.

      Okay, I really don't like to do this, and please don't let me do it either. That is, if I don't hear or see the report for those things mentioned above from you, I'll hunt down to you by non-stop calling and messaging. I know you don't like to receive calls like these from me, me either. So, send me and Qilu these things before FRIDAY!!!
