Dear Qilu and CEN-Cornell Leaders:

 

I am sending you the latest forum proposal based on my knowledge.

 

 

-          Due to conflict of ballroom, we decided to change dates to Oct. 7-8;

 

-          Amanda, the administrator at my center, will in charge of facilities; She confirmed us on Jan. 21-24;

 

-          I talked with Fred, the director of Einraudi Center, and already secured his support;

 

-          I talked with Dr. Xin Xu and he will support us too and I invited him to be our chapter advisor and he accepted;

 

-          CAPS undergraduates showed great interest and some leaders from there will join CEN-Cornell.

 

The future tasks will be:

 

 

-          Create a Conference Website (please coordinate with UMichigan-chapter);

 

-          Please keep our monthly seminar running;

 

-          Start think about launching 1-2 project around CEN mission in Forum;

 

-          Building local chapter advisory team (from Professors and local business leaders);

I am sorry but I am not able to make this meeting since I have a paper due on Feb 1st which I am still far behind...

 

BTW, I think the revised proposal looks great and more professional. Just a little concern. Is that too many pages?
