I found this dictionary online and I would like to share it with you. 

This is an excellent dictionary that you can use on your PC.

After you download, you have to record it in a cd as a image. If you recorder doesn't work, the one below works.

After you burn it as an image, put the cd back and install it.

If you don't know how to do it, you can give me a dvd/ cd and I can record it for you.
