Sir/Madam. Peace and greetings. I bought a canon TR4720 wireless printer on October 26th, 2023. I started working on the printer by installing the driver and setup to connect the printer to the WIFI network in our home. I followed the instructions carefully and making sure I do not miss a step or two as well as every details written to go about installing, setting up, and connecting the printer to network from my computer as well as my smartphone. It has been almost three days now since October 28th, 2023 I have been trying to find out what the problem is, I uninstalled the software or driver and re-installing back again by starting the process all over but I was unable to get results. Please I need help with this situation. I am not understanding why the printer is not connecting to the WIFI network after many attempts.

I am having an issue with my wi-fi connection. Downloaded the latest driver and it did not fix the problem. The thing is that the printer worked fine connected to this router since it was installed but all of a sudden (within the last week), the printer is not connected and the setup says the printer does not support 5G. My router and service has not changed. Will Canon be providing a new driver to allow for 5G?

This is my second pixma printer and will be my last. My first one I couldn't use the scanner wireless and now the one I just bought I can't use the scanner period. I guess you get what you pay for! I'm so fed up with this product. I've reset my router, I've bought a new router, I have installed and uninstalled drivers. The second time I re-installed the drivers the scanner finally worked. I came home from work the next day and the same **bleep** issue. I will definately be ditching canon all together.

Right now I have the Pixma TR4720. I try to wirelessly set up my scanner, when I put the router password in, the scanner tells me it failed and doesn't say why. When I hook up my printer with a cord to do a hard plug in to use the scanner, I get the message that the computer is not detected. How can it not be when the **bleep** thing is plugged right into the computer. I have windows 11. I have installed 10 and 11 drivers. I have deleted them and reinstalled them numerous times. It just depends on the day as to if it wants to work or not. It is extremely frusterating.

I can use my phone and just send it to my computer. But I bought a product that supposedly was a fully functional printer/scanner/fax/copier. It is absolutely ridiculous that I am being asked to pay more to use a function that is native to the product.
