Program aborted due to error in psfgen execution.

Everything is installed correctly and I can run psfgen alone, but when I type the command

./cellulose-builder.sh fibril 5

I get the following error:

 

Program aborted due to error in psfgen execution.

 String `ERROR` and/or `MOLECULE MISSING` found in file psfgen.log

 You might still have the crystal you had asked for in XYZ format though.

 See file crystal.xyz. You might also have single cellulose chains in PDB

 format as separate files. See into directory ./tmp.l56zOkzm7k_fragments.pdb

How can I solve this?

This may or may not be an specific problem of cellulose-builder (or perhaps an OS-related issue).

Cellulose-builder is now being provided as a web application service. Please try generating

your cellulose structure at:

http//:creta.iqm.unicamp.br/cces
