WARNING: waiting for VMD to terminate.

Hello!

I tried the command cellulose-builder.sh fibril 1 and I get:

WARNING: waiting for VMD to terminate.

 This script SHOULD NOT display the above message about VMD by default,

 please interrupt (Ctrl+c) if it seems to take forever....

It is taking a while, so I cancel it, but is there a way to prevent this?
