Adding new elements for cellulose-builder

I'd like to know is there a way  to modify the script somehow for build polymers based on modified cellulose elements? Or is it too complicated? What should I do to make a fibril of nitrocellulose, for example?

Unfortunately there is no straightforward way to modify the script in order to build a nitrocellulose fibril, since crystalline nitrocellulose will have entirely different cell parameters as compared to cellulose.
