Hi everyone, 

I've installed VMD, pfsgen and Octave properly, with the PATH and evrything. 

Now, when I'm trying to use cellulose builder I have this message :

Please, make sure nl is installed and in your PATH.

That is necessary in order to run this script.

Make sure the above program(s) are installed and that they are in your PATH.

But I really don't know what nl is ... do you have an idea ? 

I'm working on Windows 7 ...

Dear Lea,

nl is a program that reads a file and prints every line in such a file, with line numbers added.

It is commonplace in Linux operating systems.

What are you using on Windows 7, cygwin? Virtual machine?
