no access to the web application service of cellulose-builder

having installed everything  correctly and I can run psfgen alone, but still getting the following error:

 Program aborted due to error in psfgen execution.

 String `ERROR` and/or `MOLECULE MISSING` found in file psfgen.log

 You might still have the crystal you had asked for in XYZ format though.

 See file crystal.xyz. You might also have single cellulose chains in PDB

 format as separate files. See into directory ./tmp.l56zOkzm7k_fragments.pdb

 As a solution it was proposed to generate the structure with the web application service.
