could not run the simulation of cellulose in NAMD

I used cellulose builder in cygwin to generate the structure of cellulose. I got the the pdb and psf files of cellulose. But when i try to minimize the cellulose using NAMD the cellulose units are broken. Can anyone please help me to prepare the system for doing molecular dynamics in NAMD.
