[ANN] dcell-hazelcast 0.0.1

Hi!

I just released the first gem version of dcell-hazelcast to rubygems.

It's a quick hack to provide a Hazelcast[1] registry for DCell. It does
not require a separate service like zookeekper or redis so it might be
nice for new users to get started with DCell.

I haven't really used it for anything real yet. ;)
