Group site working - suggestions, troubleshooting

Just started to get to know Google Groups, my 2nd day,
some troubles are possible

Unfortunatelly Google Group platform does not allow us discuss about
each protocol while it's not a separate page,
to discuss about protocol you should create post in "Discussions" and
give a link to protocol,
Other thing what i don't like I can't manage pages by topics, so i
decided call "Methods & Protocols - Hematopoietic" for first group of
protocols, other could be - ESC or Cell Culture Basics or Cell
Separation or Cytometry..... but separate pages otherwise it's could
be messy.
Somebody knows other best ways to manage pages and discuss? Any
suggestions?
