Is CellPack for Maya still available? Tried downloading the program, but get server unavailable error...

I used CellPack(available in maya 2015) for maya 2018, but failed.

cellPACK is still being developed, but this site and the Maya viewer plugin is very out of date. The C4D and blender versions are still relatively maintained.

i was try to run cellpack in 3d max it is not at all working in 2023 version can you please help with this please
