Hi,
I have the metabolic network for Anabaena sp. PCC 7120 used as an xml-file from this paper "A Comprehensively Curated Genome-Scale Two-Cell Model for the Heterocystous Cyanobacterium Anabaena sp. PCC 7120". My goal is to reduce this network with the NetReducer. However, according to CellNetAnalyser, the FVA cannot be used because the system is not feasible. However, if I do an FVA using only the Cobra Toolbox, it is possible. Did I do something wrong with the CNA?

Hi,

please use the CNA API function CNAcobra2cna to convert a cobra model to
a CNA project.

Does this resolve the problems with FVA?

Best,
Steffen.

Sorry for answering so late. But I testet another Network reducer Tool.

Thanks a lot for your effort. Now it runs correctly.
Best regards,
Marina
