Use Gurobi in CNA

Excellent work with this software.

Is there a way to work gurobi inside CNA?

or call emf app inside Cobra toolbox to use gurobi

Dear Oscar,

Unfortunately, use of gurobi is not (yet) supported by CNA.

However you can use the API functions CNAcna2cobra / CNAcobra2cna
to convert models from CNA/COBRA to COBRA/CNA and in this way

you could use GUROBI with COBRA.
