Flux balance analysis on CNA pre requisites

Good evening everyone,

I am working a initial metabolic network project and wanted to know if FBA is possible when all the data I have is the metabolic network and the initial substrate concentrations?

If so how do i go about it? 

I have tried using the tool with various trial and error inputs but was not able to understand how to make FBA work. Always got sum of residues : 0

Hello Akshay U S, FBA deals with reaction rates not metabolite concentrations.
