Problems and error when importing SBML
Good morning

I am trying to import sbml file from a metabolic model but the program releases the following error.

I tried with different sbml models and it presents the same error.

How can I solve it.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Hi, I still have to say that I am using the 2010.2 version of CellNetAnalayzer and Matlab 2017.a.

The sbml models are genomic scale,

Thanks for the help.

Dear Oscar,

First of all, we recommend to download the latest CNA version.

Regarding your issue: it seems that the variable "filename" was not
correctly specified. It must be a character array, e.g. filename='model.xml'.

Does that help?

Best,
Steffen.

Thank you very much.

It worked with the last version of the software.

Thank you again
