Hi everyone. I'm Sankar Mahesh, a PhD student from India. I'm using CellNetAnalyzer to analyze genome-scale models as per the ASTHERISC package (
Designing microbial communities to maximize the thermodynamic driving force for the production of chemicals | PLOS Computational Biology ).
When I run simulations through this, I get a warning.
Warning: MILP terminated with status Infeasible.

Minimal driving force: -15.42, maximal driving force: 16.42.
The warning states that MILP terminated with status infeasible, but still I get a value at the end of the simulation, as shown above.
I further checked the functions involved and it seems like the function can still retrieve the current best solution from dfs (Attached as an image)
The report that I generated is identical to the one that was shared by the authors.
I want to know if this is a usual thing to get this warning or if I'm missing something.
