Release of CellNetAnalyzer version 2022.1

We have just released the new CellNetAnalyzer version 2022.1

Major changes / new features:

- Revised function for treating redundant/infeasible systems in (classical) metabolic flux analysis and new function to check and resolve infeasibilities in FBA/FVA scenarios. A related API function was added.

- Compatability with Octave (including GUI-based features) was largely improved.

- Support of Gurobi in all LP- and some MILP-based (CNAMCSEnumerator3) optimizations.

- MCSEnumerator3: new framework for MCS calculations. For example, this enables the

calculation of bilevel (OptKnock-like) strain designs.

- MCSEnumerator2 and MCSEnumerator3 now support glpk, CPLEX and intlinprog and
MCSEnumerator3 additionally Gurobi as MILP solver.
