Dear Ingrida,

as described in the documentation, CellNetAnalyzer is a tool for
analyzing the networks, not for generating the maps (up to the
"maps" with a list of reactions). For this you can either use
availabe resources (e.g. Escher maps, etc.) or draw it by yourself
(here you may take available maps from the example networks
as a stating point).

I have a problem with generating a map from .xml file, all I get is a table with reactions from my model, but how could I draw an actual map?

After choosing 'Generate standard maps', I get the same output (list of reactions).

Maybe someone could help?
